Here is the Kankakee River Running Club
      winning Chili Recipe from Pete Kershaw.

Fat Free Vegetarian Chili 6 Servings

Healthy Too!

2-15oz cans Westbrae natural fat free organic chili beans (undrained)
1-Large Tomato, coarsely chopped
1-Medium onion, coarsely chopped
1-Yellow pepper, coarsely chopped
2-TBSP minced garlic
3-TBSP Chili powder
1/2 TBSP crushed red pepper
1/4 cup ketchup
1/4 cup water
**1-12oz pkg Light Life "Smart Ground" meatless, fat free crumbles
1-TSP ea; cilantro, curry powder, coriander, cinnamon

In a large non-stick skillet or wok, sauté onion, pepper and garlic 15 min.
add thawed 'Smart Ground' and remaining ingredients and bring to a boil.
Cover and simmer 10-15 min. stirring occasionally.
Serve with Fat-Free shredded cheese and whole grain rolls.
